Ask me what would be my all time favourite meat and I`d have to say that it would be Roast Lamb. I don`t think you can beat a traditional Sunday lunch that has lamb as the main meat. Accompany the lamb with roast potatoes and selection of vegetables and I`ll happily chomp away. Not only do I like a leg of lamb, I also like chops and shanks as well. Recently I attended a wedding and they provided Roast Lamb that was cooked on an outdoor spit roast. Talk about tasty; the meat simply fell apart when you bit into it. My mouth`s watering just thinking about this delicious meat-treat as it was served on fresh bread rolls. The smell was amazing and there was quite a crowd of people that were drawn to the stall that was serving the food. No doubt the success of outside catering like this relies on the quality of the meat that is supplied. If it comes from a butcher that takes pride in their customer service levels, you can bet it`s going to be a good quality joint. Having talked about it I know what meat I`ll be having for lunch on Sunday and it`s going to be my favourite Roast Lamb with roasted potatoes.
